First of all, there are different requirements for air conditioning in a store than for air conditioning in a house, where the most common are wall-mounted indoor units with low noise levels, high levels of filtration (various ionizers, UV lamps), which still have to meet a high aesthetic criterion and have Wi-Fi control. A cassette-type indoor unit is placed in the ceiling and can serve one zone by gently blowing air under the ceiling to four sides. It is a good solution when there is little space and a lot of high shelving in the store.
The indoor unit of the ducted type is mounted behind the ceiling and is able to provide cooling to several zones at the same time. The cooled air is distributed through ducts behind the ceiling, providing comfort in separate zones. It is worth noting that this type of unit creates the most comfortable conditions – you almost never feel the current of cold air with very even cooling of the room.
